The mission of the Hudec Heritage Project, which was established by László Ede Hugyecz‘s relatives in Hungary, is to research and categorize the archival documents related the famous architect. These documents only recently came to light in early 2008. L.E. Hudec, as he was later known, was a Hungarian born architect who became famous between 1920 and 1937 when he played an outstanding role in designing Shanghai’s modern, urban architecture.
